The Woman at Risk (subclass 204) visa is for women who are subject to prosecution or registered as being of concern to United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The applicant is living outside their home country without the protection of their male relative and are in danger of harassment, serious abuse and victimisation because of their gender. Under split family provisions, this visa is available to immediate family members of the family who holds or held a Woman at Risk visa.
