Hiding assets in property settlements

What requirements will the court consider in relation to bring an application under s 106B of the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). Under Section 106B of the Act, the Court holds the authority to compel a party or any individual engaged in collusion with a party to bear the legal expenses accrued by any other party, legitimate purchaser, or any other relevant person.
