At your initial consultation, one of our lawyers, will take the time to listen to your matter and you will have the chance to inform us of any information relevant to your case. We are here to answer any questions that you may have on your matter. We encourage our clients to think of a list of questions beforehand and ask that you bring it to the office to ensure that you do not forgot any question which might be relevant to your matter.
At the conclusion of your initial consultation, we will make sure that you leave your consultation with clear advice regarding your situation. This advice will include your prospects of success and an estimate of costs involved in taking the relevant course of action. We want to ensure that at the end of your consultation that you have are happy with our service and understand the next relevant course of action for your matter.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any free consultations. We want to make sure that you are getting the best advice possible for your matter, and we are able to review your situation prior to your consultation. Your matter and time is valuable to us. If you do decide to go to a firm that provides free consultations, it is more than likely that your matter will not receive the attention that it rightly deserves and that you’ll be getting “one size fits all” approach with your advice.
Whilst some of our lawyers speak languages other than English, we can arrange a professional interpreter for your initial consultation. Please note that this service will be an added expense to our consultation fee and payment for a professional interpreter must be paid for at least 24 hours prior to your consultation.
We recommend that you complete the client attendance form and return to our office prior to your consultation with one of our lawyers.
For immigration consultations, we recommend that you provide us with a copy of a Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) check from the day of your consultation.
You can choose which lawyer you wish to have your consultation with.
