My spouse is from Brazil. I sponsored her Partner visa application originally, but I withdrew my sponsorship earlier this year (after two separate FVRO applications were granted to me (against my spouse). Now she has now made totally false and heinous allegations of family violence against ME, as this is her ONLY option to be granted a permanent visa to remain in Australia.
I would like to book a consultation for legal advice on how to address this and the recommended way to deal with the Department of Home Affairs.
